Ordering of specialist parts;

 

In the event that parts need to be ordered for works to proceed we will discuss with our client. In some cases a phone call may not suffice and we may need to submit formal reports or estimates prior to ordering. Where possible we will advise of time-frames of ordering parts and will book for completion of works as required once parts are in stock.

 

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy;

 

In the event that a client accepts an estimate and specialist parts are ordered for the job, should the client cancels the works or if works cannot proceed, restocking fees MAY apply with the original supplier or wholesaler, this includes but is not limited to postal charges and handling fees.

 

Should there be any outstanding charges on a job, for instance if any callouts or labour has been spent on site or some works have been completed, labour charges for time spent on site working or fitted/used parts will apply.

 

If a callout/diagnosis has been carried out this fee will still be payable in addition to any re-stocking or admin fees.
